I’m back for now and plan to blog much, much more in the coming weeks! Look out for new poetry, song covers, possibly original songs (we’ll see), and much more ahead! For now, take care, God Bless, and I hope all of you enjoyed your Christmas Days, Hanukkah celebrations, and any/or other holiday you celebrated!
God Bless, as always,
*Note: This entry is longer than usual since I will write this entry in both English and French. From now on, in fact, I expect to write most of my blog entries in both languages from now on. (In case you didn’t know, I am a native Standard American English speaker whose second language is Standard Parisian French. 🙂 )
Since I may not be posting any entries tomorrow and on Christmas, as I may be quite busy and unable to spend much time online at all. That said, whether such is the case, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas from my family to yours! God Bless all of you and I hope you have a blessed rest of your week! Luke 1-2. 🙂
God Bless all of you,
With all going on in the world today (the murders and abductions of cops and innocent children and families based on their work and faith, poverty, hunger, war, the North Korean hackers’ attack on Sony Pictures’ data and its employees), life is difficult all over the world right now. Especially as we come up on Christmas in a couple days, I wanted to remind y’all of what matters this Christmas with a story from my own life. As per a recent Facebook status:
There is nothing like listening to Christmas music with your puppy snoring beside you after a long and eventful work before you spend more time with her and the human members of your family. Hmm, now what Christmas movie [Mom], [my sister Nicole], Reilly [the puppy] and I will watch is up for debate. Other than that, today has been relaxed and blessedly worry-free overall. Hopefully y’all are having a blessed Christmas season so far? Additionally, Happy Hanukkah if you celebrate that as well. If there’s anything I missed, let me know. God Bless all of you and have a wonderful rest of your evening.
That’s what matters: God, family, friends, and being present in one another’s lives. Our God and Savior was, is, and always will be present in our lives, so why not do the same for your loved ones, following His example? By the way, we watched “It’s A Wonderful Life (1946)”. What a classic. Go watch it, as we do every year, and value that you and your loved ones were, are, and will live the days God gives you, however few or many they may be. God Bless all of you.
I hope y’all are well! Sorry I haven’t been posting, as the end of the semester was busy (which I expected). That said, I am sorry for the absence of posts, hope you pardon me, and promise to post more in the future.
That said, expect to see me positing some writing and more cover videos of Christmas carols. God Bless all of you and see you soon!
After some slight delays in the recording and editing process concerning my promised video, here it is!
Please pardon my mix-up regarding the version I covered, as I do apologize and promise to be more conscientious in the future, enjoy the cover, and feel free to provide feedback and request other ideas! Thanks!
Busyness abounds like usual, but finals are the bane of my existence at the moment…..(okay, that is a slight exaggeration, but they are still frustrating!) That’s why I haven’t posted for the past couple of days. Sorry about being off the grid for a bit without much warning. I hope you will pardon me for that and promise to be more conscientious in the future!
Additionally, I will have something coming up for all of my YouTube followers, so look out for that tomorrow! Yes, I will link y’all to the video via my next blog entry when I have finished it as well! Again, I am so sorry about finals-related delays and hope you will pardon me!
That said, I hope you are well, God bless you, and I promise to post more frequently in the coming months!
The frustration of finals has become very, very real for me at this point and, while goofing off with a friend in response to a semester-finals poem she wrote on FB, my response was as follows. Before you read it, though, though, please forgive the harshness, as this poem was all I could think about writing tonight since my brain is tired of finals already! I am ready for the semester to end! Honestly, I like my professors, and the paper-writing is not my forte at the moment, to be frank……that said:
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
I’m losing motivation,
My brain just blew a fuse.
That’s it. Honestly. I know it’s awful; forgive me. That said, does anyone have any helpful advice for not freaking out during the last week of my second-to-final semester?? Thank you so much!!
